Blue Cave & Island of Vis
The big one: a private full-day tour from Split to the outer islands. Enter the Blue Cave on Biševo when the light is at its strongest, then work back along Vis — Komiža's fishing harbour, the Green Cave's sun column, Srebrna's white pebbles and the cliff-hidden bay of Stiniva. Roughly 90 minutes of open-sea ride each way; the rest is caves, coves and swimming.

The day
The Blue Cave is timed around midday, when sunlight refracts through an underwater opening and turns the whole chamber electric blue. Entry is by small official boats at the cave — tickets are bought on site — and the visit itself takes about fifteen minutes you will not forget.
Vis spent decades as a closed military island, which is why its coast still feels wild. Komiža is the fishing village on its far side — palm-lined, slow, and lately famous as a Mamma Mia filming spot. The Green Cave on Ravnik lets you swim inside under a beam of light. Srebrna's flat white stones earn its name — silver beach.
Stiniva is the finale: a pebble cove sealed off by cliffs that part just wide enough for a tender. It was voted Europe's best beach, and by sea you arrive the only easy way there is.

Questions about this tour
Is the Blue Cave entrance fee included?
No — entry is run by the cave's official operator on Biševo and paid on site (roughly €10–20 per person depending on season, cash recommended). Everything else on the day — crew, drinks, snorkelling gear — is included in our price.
Can the Blue Cave close because of weather?
Yes. The cave entrance is low, so swell or southern wind can close it for safety. If that happens the crew re-routes the day around Vis's other caves and bays and tells you before departure, not after.
How long is the ride from Split to the Blue Cave?
About 90 minutes by speedboat in good conditions — it is the furthest of our routes, and the reason this tour starts earlier than the others.
Can you swim inside the Blue Cave?
Swimming inside the Blue Cave is not allowed — visits are short, by small boat. You swim plenty elsewhere: the Green Cave, Srebrna beach and Stiniva bay are all on the route.
Is Stiniva beach really only reachable by boat?
There is a steep goat-path from the land side, but by sea you anchor outside and swim or tender through the cliff gap — by far the easier and prettier way in.
