A quiet morning cove. Anchor in a bay that takes some local knowledge to find. Swim, float, and do nothing for a while. This is the part that people remember most, not the destination but the absence of any rush.

Lunch somewhere proper. Not a beach bar. A harbour restaurant with a table on the water, locally caught fish, and cold wine. Maslinica on Šolta is one of the best. A table on the quay in Milna on Brač is another. Ask the crew for their current recommendation.

An afternoon swim somewhere different. A second cove, later in the day, when the light has changed and most of the boats have left. This is when the Adriatic is at its most beautiful.

Back to Split in time for dinner. The boat returns to Marina Zenta at 18:00. The old town in the evening, dinner on the Riva, and the knowledge that you have already had the best part of the day.
