What a good day looks like
The shape that works best for a stag day is loose but not shapeless:
Late-morning start. Leave Marina Zenta once everyone has surfaced, not at dawn. A stag group rarely wants a 7am departure.
A first swim. Run out to a cove for the first anchor of the day. This is where the group settles into the boat: swimming, the bathing platform, cold drinks, no rush.
A long lunch on a quay. Pull into a harbour village and take a proper table on the water. Maslinica on Šolta and Milna on Brač are both good for this. Grilled fish, cold beer, and an hour or two with no plan.
An afternoon anchor. One more cove, later, when the light has softened and the day has found its pace.
Back for the night. Return to Split around 18:00 with the whole evening still ahead of you. The best stag days on the water end early enough that the night out still happens.
